HELLO!
I graduated from Trakya University Faculty of Medicine in 2001, ranking third in my class. I completed my residency training at the Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic of Türkiye Yüksek İhtisas Hospital.
Following my compulsory state service, I served as a Chief Resident at Türkiye Yüksek İhtisas Hospital. I received training on heart-lung transplantation and artificial heart devices at the University of Pittsburgh, USA, and on pulmonary thromboendarterectomy at the University of California. I have been serving as the Ministry of Health Coordinator for Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgery since 2009, and as a member of the Board of Specialization in Medicine since 2021. Since 2019, I have been the Heart Transplant and Education Supervisor at Ankara Bilkent City Hospital, and as of August 5, 2024, I serve as the President of the Health Institutes of Türkiye.
